Challice James Emery Freeman passed away in his sleep Saturday Morning, November 3, 2012. He made his entrance into this world March 12, 2012 in Helena, MT to his parents Kala and Luke.
During his short life he was extremely happy, always finding a reason to smile and giggle. He loved to listen to music and be read to. His bath-time was his favorite. He was loved by all who met him and will be greatly missed.
Challice was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather James Freeman. He is survived by his parents, Kala Jones and Luke Freeman; Grandparents, Jennifer and Rick Simon of Butte, Mark Jones of Helena, Tim and Shawna Ballweber of Helena; Great Grandparents Beverly Kovacevich, Jim Broderick and Beverly Winterowd and Gordon Jones.
Challice will be deeply missed by his brothers, Kaisey Freeman, Ryder Lufborough, and his sister, Dakota Lufborough. Challice will be remembered by his many aunts and uncles: Jesse, Cory (Janae), Kadee, Amy (Garret), Katie, Tad, Jake (Danielle), Jonalle (Mick ), Carleen, Daina, Heather, Rober and, Jimmy. He has many other aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him.
A funeral service is scheduled at 11 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2012 at Retz Funeral Home. A reception will be held at Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home Social Hall, 3750 N. Montana Ave., Helena, following the service. To offer a condolence or share a memory of Challice, please visit below.
