Charlie Gabaldon peacefully went to meet his Savior on Monday, February 1, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Tessie, son, Robert, and daughters, Rosemary and Gloria; 3 grandsons: Jack Cuellar, Dominic Lesueur, and Gabriel Gabaldon; and 2 great-grandsons, Alex Cuellar and Ezekiel A. Gabaldon.
Charlie was a self-made man, born to very humble beginnings. He was self-educated, learned much from his life experiences, and achieved many successes but always remained humble. He believed his greatest achievements were his descendants and were very proud of their accomplishments. He is fondly remembered by his “adopted families” at the farmer’s market, church, and the community of friends he made in Helena.
Services will be held on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at the York Community Center 640 Nelson Rd., York, Montana. Please visit below to offer the family a condolence or to share a memory of Charlie.
