I remember Dee from the time I was a small girl. She was friendly, outgoing, talkative, energetic, joyful, and had a lovely singing voice. I remember the times I went to her home – once when my parents were practicing to sing with a group for a series of church meetings, and once for an amazing Sabbath meal! I remember liking Dee a lot and being very impressed with how well she kept herself up and how nicely she always dressed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family members as you grieve. May the beautiful memories you have bring comfort and peace, and may you eagerly look forward to the day when we will see Dee again. I’m quite sure she will be singing.
Love,
Carly (Johnson) Hadley, Brian Hadley, Brandon & Jared

I’m so very sorry for your loss. It is evident that she was a good and kind person, loved and appreciated by many. I recently lost someone close to me and can appreciate the heartache words cannot describe. With that in mind, I am moved to share with you a thought that helped me through the pain. That is the words of Jesus himself in the book of John, chapter 5 and verse 28, 29. He said ‘Do not be amazed at this. For the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice, and come out.’ I was so relieved to know the bible talks about an earthly resurrection; a time of peace when we will see our loved ones again in perfect conditions according to God’s own will. I encourage you to hold on to that hope and learn more. It is my sincere wish that learning of this will give you the comfort it gave me.
