In memory of

Joseph R. Devine, age 59 of Vaughn, MT

May 26, 1958 – August 7, 2017

“Joe” Joseph Richard Devine was born May 26, 1958 in Butte, Montana, to parents James Paul Devine and Florence Ella Webber. Joe was the youngest of five siblings; Jonnie, Michael, Paula, Darlene, and “Patrick” James.

Joe was a free-spirit. He lived his life to the fullest and was a man of many shades: an adventurous mountaineer; a fearless motorcycle enthusiast; a concrete-finishing businessman, unafraid of back-breaking work; a gold-panning, sapphire hunter; but most of all a devoted and protective family man. His pride was his family. He enjoyed teaching his many trades and had the patience to pass on his knowledge to his kids, and his grandkids.

Joe is survived by the love of his life, Cindy Devine, six sons, Jeremy, Jade, James, Jace, Jake, Jamison, and daughter Desta. As well as nineteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and his boxer dog, Sniper.

Joe’s memorial is Saturday August 19th at 2pm in Helena at Mountain Family Fellowship, 6145 N Montana Ave. Please below to offer the family a condolence or to share a memory of Joe.
