Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Patricia Ann Carver, 71, went to soar with the angels in Heaven on September 10, 2013.
Patricia was born in Glendive, Montana, December 27, 1941. She is the daughter of George and Irene Buttelman and the youngest sister of Georgene Harwood and Grace Hagl. She was raised in Bozeman, Montana where she attended high school and graduated in the year 1960. After graduation, Patricia worked as a waitress and receptionist. One year later she married Jerome Rudolf Aug 27, 1961 and had five children.
Patricia resided in Idaho and then moved back to Montana. She had lived in the Helena area for the past 33 years. During that time she worked for the State of Montana as the Daycare Recertification Licensure. Patricia also worked part time at the Agricultural Office doing farm land surveys. She was a loving mother, kind friend, and was always there with a big heart and words of wisdom when someone needed anything.
Patricia is survived by her four children, Suzann Rudolf (Curtis), Scott Rudolf (Jodi), Sherri Jones (Les), and Shani Stidham (Rob); grandchildren Tina, Kim, Keli, Karri, Jessica, Tristan, Rachyl, Rylee, Kaasie, Kalli, and Brendan, their husbands; and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Dena Lynn; parents George and Irene Buttelman; a sister Grace Hagl; brother-in-law Edward Hagl; niece Suzie Harwood; and niece Paula Stene.
Fishing, camping, reading, and visiting with family were activities she treasured. Patricia loved playing the piano and spending time with her family and friends. Patricia will always be remembered for her sense of humor, love of laughter, the love she had for her family and friends, and the memories made when sitting around sharing stories.
Special thanks and appreciation goes out to the many friends who supported the family through this tough time; South Hills Church of Christ, the third floor nurses from St. Peters Hospital, and all the doctors who cared for our mother.
Memorial donations may be made to South Hills Church of Christ or American Cancer Society.

Scott, Jodi and family –
So glad to have met Pat in these past few years. Loved seeing her and spending even a small amount of time visiting with her as an extension of your family. Hugs and prayers for your grief in this sad loss. Halleluiah as she has entered His gates with thanksgiving…!
Tina
NANCY FULLER says
Pat and I were friends in High School and lived a couple of blocks apart. We walked to school together and home. We reconnected later in life and enjoyed our Class Reunions and an occasional lunch with Sally (Sime) Bratlien and Mike Hruska. We often talked of the school years and of our classmates. A connection to the past.
My prayers are with the entire family at this time. I will always remember Pat as a long time friend.
