Cousin Betty did not know this, but it is because of her that I hand made my own Christmas tree skirt some years ago. Every year we use it during the holidays I think of her and smile. Now its meaning is and forever will be even more special. She also gave me the secret to making perfectly cooked bacon and I laugh every time we have it at our home, because for someone who did not do a lot of cooking it was a big deal and she showed me how simple it really was. I am so happy to have these memories of her, and I will miss her quiet way. Sending much love to Cousin Earl, Vicki/Dennis, Marcia/Dave, John and Marc and all of the grandchildren/great grandchildren/family. Love, Rae Lynn Slattery Golding

I recently read about the loss of your dear loved one. Although we are not acquainted personally, please accept my condolences. Losing a dear loved one can leave a very empty space in one’s life. Please find strength, hope, and comfort in the God of Comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4).
