Delores Faye Butler, 76, of Helena, passed away after a cardiac arrest on Wednesday, Sept. 4, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 28, 1937, in Sand Haven, N.D.
Deloris is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Lora Cain DeCouteau; sisters, Leona Turpin, Margaret Goble and Arla Mae; brother, Frank (Gene) DeCouteau.
Delores is survived by her children, Timothy (Victoria) D. Skinner of Eugene, Ore., Kathleen (Butch) Kroll of Helena, Gwen (Tim) Thennis of Helena and Kelly Murray of Helena; her sisters, Lucy (George) Wagnor of Springfield, Ore., and Betty (Steve) Pugh of Eugene; and her brother, Anthony DeCouteau of Seattle.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Tessa, Mike, Geoff, Tim, Terrianna, Zachary and Breanna; and six great-grandchildren, Curtis, Gabe, Zoey, Makenzie, Caden and Otto.
There will be a private family gathering at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
