We met Jack after his granddaughter, Melissa, became engaged to our son, Chris. We tripped the light fantastic at Jennifer and Brian’s wedding reception, and came to love Jack for his fun-loving and kind manner. My goodness that man could cut a rug. Bonnie your were such a lucky lady to have been blessed in marriage for 58 years to Jack. We shall miss him.

I met Jack for the only time when he attended a very cold tree planting ceremony at the Capitol in April, 2007 in honor of our son Paul who had been murdered in Dec., 2006.
Jack walked with me back to the Supreme Court Building after the planting. He was such a nice, lovely man. I’m sure you will miss his kindness very much. My husband Bob told me they had been very good friends in high school.
We both send our condolences and you are in our prayers.

Everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Jack says how sweet he was, he had a wonderful, caring, and loving heart that we will always remember. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone inside and out of my family at this time. Thank you to everyone for all the support and love for my family and especially for everything everyone has done to help Grandma at this difficult time.
